- 100% of the room rate Will be levied for stays after 6pm.
- All extensions will be subject to room availability.
- A non-refundable deposit of one nights accommodation is required upon reservation. This will be forfeited in the event of any cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred on cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures.
