Hike into Tiger Leaping Gorge to enjoy mountain views and one of the deepest gorges in the world. A hike through Tiger Leaping Gorge is simultaneously awe-inspiring and tranquil. Fresh winds, looming mountain peaks, donkey bells and produce fields set a magnificent scene. During your hike you will visit guest houses and experience local hospitality of both Tibetan and Naxi people. At Tina's Guest ouse drink a cold beer, chat with Tina and some other locals, and listen to eerie water singing.
There are two roads: the higher narrow road, which provides beautiful scenery on the first day, the lower road is wider and allows you to relax on the second day.

Day 1
08:00~ 10:30 Pick up at the Water Wheel and drive to the Tiger Leaping Gorge Ticket Office(Qiaotou)
10:30 Begin the hike on the high scenic route
12:00 Have lunch at the Naxi YaGe Guest House
13:00 Continue to hike on the high scenic road.
17:00 Arrive at the Tea Horse Guest House for the night
Day 2
08:00 after breakfast hiking about 3~4hours down to Tina's, on the way you can see very nice views of gorge, valley, waterfall...
having lunch in Tina's or walnut garden, boat acros the Yangt-Ze River to Daju, then driving about 3 hours back to Lijiang.
