3 day trip to Wenhai and Lashi hai


Duration: 3 day(s) - Location: Wenhai and Lashihai in Yulong county

Participants on this three day trip will see many different kinds of vegetation, meet local people in small mountain villages and experience their way of life, bike in the countryside, visit Tibetan Buddhist temples and enjoy local products. Accommodation is in an eco-lodge, apart from home-stay.

Itinerary

Day 1:  Lijiang - Baisha - Wenhai - stay at Wenhai village(L+D)

From Lijiang drive about 30 minutes first, then hike about 5 hours up to Wenhai. On the way you can get very nice views of snow mountain, Lijiang valley with villages and fields... you also see some wild plants by the path where you hike.

Day 2:  Wenhai ----- Lashihai - stay in Naxi homestay(B+L+D)

After breakfast, hike about 5~6 hours down to Lashi Lake, for the day you will see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Lashi and Wenhai Lake, through Yi village. in the afternoon walk around Naxi village.

Day 3:  One day biking or driving trip around the Lashi Lake area, and return to Lijiang(B+L)

Bike around Lashi Lake to visit more Naxi villages, Tibetan Buddhism Temple, farmland.



Participant guidelines

Includes: transportation before and after hiking, guide, two nights accommodation, meals which are listed on the itinerary and 2 bottle of water.

Excludes: other meals, drinks, tip for guide, personal expense.
